Dream 2026 Into Being
True creation happens by cultivating the emotions of already having what we desire, feeling safe to receive, and holding gratitude for both the present and what’s coming. Then we can align ourselves with our future goals. This workshop invites readers to deepen their emotional connection through a guided meditation designed to expand their vision, followed by a cozy gathering for connection and artistic-board creation—comfy clothes encouraged.
Nereyda Ramirez is a speaker, meditation teacher, life coach, and Rubenfeld Synergy Somatic practitioner. She holds a degree in Human Communications from California State University, Fullerton. What began as a path toward law shifted after a transformative study abroad experience in Italy, where she redefined her idea of success and embraced a life of exploration, healing, solitude, and self-discovery. Over the past decade, she has lived in Vietnam and traveled across Asia and the Americas, deepening her spiritual and somatic practices. Nereyda is currently completing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hope International University and training in Rubenfeld Synergy, a body-mind touch and talk therapy. She is also the author of The Vibrant Unknown, a soon-to-be-released book about listening to your inner voice and finding the courage to follow it.
